Provider-review request
Submitting the form creates a record for coverage and provider review. It does not guarantee that a provider will become available, accept the project, or offer any requested time. JunkSEA will contact you only if the request can move forward or more information is needed.
Appointments and requested times
Requested windows are preferences, not reservations. An appointment exists only after an eligible provider accepts and JunkSEA sends a confirmation identifying the provider and scheduled arrival window.
Information shared for review
Limited project details and optional photos may be shown to a small number of authorized providers being considered. The request is not sold or posted to a public shared-lead marketplace. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No payment to submit
JunkSEA does not collect payment-card details when you submit a provider-review request. Any later payment process, deposit, cancellation charge, refund term, or credit must be disclosed before it applies.
Estimates and final approval
Photos and descriptions may support a preliminary range. The provider may revise that range when the actual volume, materials, weight, labor, access, or disposal requirements differ. Nothing should be loaded until you approve the final onsite scope and total price.
Independent providers
Any physical service is performed by the independent local provider named in the confirmation. The provider remains responsible for its business, crew, equipment, licensing, insurance, onsite work, safety decisions, and lawful disposal. JunkSEA and the PNW network coordinate the customer request and support record.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate project, address, item, access, and scheduling information. Disclose hazardous, regulated, unusually heavy, built-in, refrigerated, or otherwise restricted materials in advance. Provide lawful and reasonably safe property access. A provider may decline work that is unsafe, undisclosed, outside capability, or prohibited by facility rules or law.
Changes, cancellations, and concerns
Tell JunkSEA promptly if the request changes or is no longer needed. Because a provider-review request is not an appointment, there is no cancellation charge at submission. If a later appointment or payment carries additional terms, those terms must be presented before confirmation. Service, property, billing, or privacy concerns should be reported through network support.
Request communications
By asking JunkSEA to review a project, you authorize request-specific contact using the email address, phone number, or mobile number provided. These updates are not marketing messages. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.
Network terms and contact
These Seattle market terms work with the network-wide PNW customer terms. If the terms conflict, the terms specifically presented and accepted for a confirmed appointment control that transaction. Questions can be sent to hello@pnwjunkremoval.com.
