A high-rise request can be reviewed when the ZIP has provider coverage and the building access requirements are known. Provider capability and the reserved access window must still be confirmed.
Can a provider supply a certificate of insurance?
Include the property's exact COI language and limits. Confirmation depends on whether an eligible provider can meet those requirements; do not assume every provider can.
