Resolve authority first
The property owner or authorized manager must determine when belongings may legally be moved, stored, sold, or discarded. JunkSEA and the provider do not make that legal decision.

Document the starting condition
Photograph each room and label fixtures, appliances, documents, keepsakes, or other items that must remain or receive separate handling.

Include every assigned area
Check the unit, balcony, patio, garage, storage cage, mailbox area, and any approved common-area items tied to the turnover.

Coordinate the next deadline
Provide keys, building access, parking, vendor rules, the onsite decision-maker, and the deadline for cleaners, maintenance, inspection, or the next tenant.

No. That is a legal and property-management decision. Review the current law and obtain qualified advice when the facts are unclear before requesting removal.
Can the provider decide what stays?
No. The authorized property representative must identify the exact removal scope and protect anything that must remain.
Can I request before-and-after photos?
Include that requirement before confirmation so the network can determine whether an eligible provider can meet the documentation standard.
